과달루페 수도원의 18세기 회의실(챕터 하우스)은 프란치스코회 생활의 영적·행정적 중심이다. 중앙의 독서대와 그 위의 십자가가 공간을 단단히 잡아 주고, 주변에는 화려한 좌석과 프란치스코회 주요 인물들의 초상 메달리온이 둘러선다. 채색된 볼트 천장과 질서정연한 좌석 배치는 수도원 운영에 필수적인 엄숙함과 성찰을 강조하며, 영적 관상에 뿌리를 둔 의사결정 전통을 드러낸다.
