Palatine Garden Ruins with Wisteria

727
Among the imperial ruins of the Palatine Hill, flowering wisteria drapes over ancient brick structures (1st c. AD). Once the heart of Rome’s imperial palaces, these ruins are now integrated into the landscape, where nature and history intertwine, reflecting both the empire’s former grandeur and its enduring poetic decay.
