Forum of TrajanApollodorus of Damascus

Built under Emperor Trajan (107–113 AD), this grand forum, designed by Apollodorus of Damascus, symbolized Rome’s imperial power after victory in the Dacian Wars. Its vast complex included basilicas, temples, and Trajan’s Column, still visible in the background. The remains reflect Rome’s mastery of urban planning and monumental propaganda.
