Restaurant 1131
This former chapter house (12th c.) now houses Restaurant 1131, its name recalling the abbey’s founding year. Ribbed vaults and Gothic arches once echoed with the Rule of St. Benedict as monks gathered to guide their community. Today, the same stonework frames Burgundy’s gastronomy, uniting medieval discipline with contemporary hospitality.
