弗拉米尼奥方尖碑与罗马女神喷泉
弗拉米尼奥方尖碑（约公元前10年）由奥古斯都从埃及运来，矗立在人民广场的中心。右侧的罗马女神喷泉（1823年）描绘了罗马，并以台伯河和阿涅内河的寓言形象相伴，象征着这座城市古老的对自然的统治。
