Stark-Condé Winery

Stark-Condé Winery is a family-run estate founded in 1998 in the Jonkershoek Valley outside Stellenbosch, where steep mountains and abundant water shape both the setting and the vineyards. Named for the Stark and Condé families, it carries a Cape Winelands idea of wine as craft rooted in land and lineage, with bottlings that reflect the valley’s cool nights and rocky soils.
