Part of the Swedish warship Vasa, built in Stockholm in 1626–28, this section of the upper deck reveals the ship’s tactical design. The open hatches and rigging detail the complex layout used for artillery and sail control. Its cramped architecture reflects both ambitious firepower and the instability that led to the ship’s tragic sinking on its maiden voyage.
