Esta sección conservada de una red de pesca anudada (siglos XII–XIII) muestra la artesanía medieval a lo largo del río Daugava. Hecha de fibras vegetales, se utilizaba para capturar tanto peces migratorios como de agua dulce. La construcción de la red revela las técnicas prácticas empleadas por las comunidades medievales para su sustento y el comercio.
