Palace Chapel Façade

This palace chapel façade (late 13th c.) shows a compact Romanesque-Gothic front with a central rose window, round-arched gallery, and a square bell tower rising above tiled roofs. The austere masonry and crenellated tower reveal how courtly worship was integrated into the defensive architecture of the palace.
