Mudejar Ceiling
This richly painted wooden ceiling (13th–14th cc.) displays strong Mudejar influence within a Gothic palace setting. Exposed beams carry red, green, and gold geometric patterns, while the spaces between them are filled with smaller repeating motifs. The combination of Islamic ornamental vocabulary and Christian architectural context illustrates the layered cultural identity of the Crown of Aragon.
