Max at Plage de Bellangenet
Here Max stands on Plage de Bellangenet, wrapped against the cold Atlantic wind after swimming in its bracing waters. Located in Le Pouldu, part of Clohars-Carnoët in southern Brittany, the wide beach once welcomed fishermen and later artists like Gauguin. Today it remains both a place of rugged leisure and a symbol of the enduring vitality of Breton shores.
