This 14th–15th-c. Trinity icon from the Kremlin’s Dormition Cathedral blends Byzantine and emerging Russian styles. Inspired by Andrei Rublev’s celebrated Trinity , it shows the three angels visiting Abraham, a symbol of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. The work reflects Orthodox theology of unity and love, linking Russian religious art to its Byzantine roots.
