Café Macondo

Café Macondo brings Colombia’s everyday table and its new coffee craft into the same Cali address. Named for García Márquez’s imagined Macondo, it nods to the country’s literary myth while staying grounded in local habit: a midday corrientazo alongside carefully brewed single-origin cups prepared with patient, hand-filtered precision.
