Flowstone Formations

Formed over hundreds of thousands of years, these cascading flowstones in the Wonder Cave are created by mineral-rich water slowly depositing calcite. Their draped appearance inspired the term cave curtains. These structures record subtle shifts in climate and groundwater, preserving a natural archive of environmental history.
